Construction:
Lining : Resistant to petroleum liquids. The tube of fuel dispensing hoses contains uniform seamless lining of top quality rubber that is completely resistant to petroleum products.
Reinforcement : Plies of woven textile which contains rubber on both the sides. It is supported by the helical GS wire included in fabric plies.
Electrical Bonding : Low resistant electrical bonding wire is in incorporated between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of the hose. A Copper wire comprising the nos. of strands is incorporated between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity throughout the hose
Cover: a great smooth synthetic compound which is highly resistant to extreme weather, abrasion, petroleum products, wear and tear. Cotton textile or synthetic material with G. I. Embedded wire. Soft ends for clamping or can be supplied with built in nipples/flanges on request
Electrical Continuity: By providing anti-static copper wire
End Connection : The hose is available with or without flanges and with built in nipples. Normally flanged type or threaded nipple i .e. built in type / vulcanize / crimped / swaged in hose. Soft ends for clamping or can be supplied with built in nipples/flanges on request

APPLICATION
The application is in aupplying the petroleum products from road rail tanker carrying these products. It is mainly used for the loading and unloading of the products such as petrol and diesel.
The hose is having smooth and abrasion resistant outer cover for use with all grades of petroleum and blended products. The lining consists of suitable rubber compound resistant to petroleum products and cover made from an oil and weather resistance rubber compound. Discharging of petrol and diesel oil from tank truck & between tank, & trucks & trailers, suitable. Suction and discharge hose specially designed for transfer of petroleum product by Road Tankers, rail Tankers and Loading Gantries

Cover : Suitable rubber compound of cloth marked finish resistant to abrasion and weather.
